I am a 30 year old mother of two who has a passion for running. When I
first won the free online fitness consulting, I was a little skeptical
as to what type of advice was going to be given to me. However, I
received a personal phone call from Trillia in which we discussed my
current workout plan, as well as my goals (training to run the Knoxville
marathon on March 28th) and was very pleased by our conversation.
Trillia explained that it would be best to provide me with a workout
plan to strengthen my legs and my core to help me in my training and for
my race. I began doing the leg and core exercises right away and was
shocked at how sore I was. Apparently, there were a lot of muscles in
my legs which I was not working out when doing my runs. The other thing
that I really liked was she provided me with exercises that didn’t
require me to be in the gym, so I am able to do them while my kids are
watching TV or playing the Wii, which is great! In addition to the leg
and core exercises I requested some arm exercises and Trillia was more
than happy to provide me with them. She has sent me emails on a weekly
basis to “check in” and let me know she is there if I need any
additional assistance. I am very pleased with the workout regimen she
has provided me and will continue to use it even after I run my race.

Trillia provided me exactly what I needed in a fitness
plan: A regimen that was demanding, but not overwhelming, and
accountability that was consistent, but not overbearing. It’s a plan that
serves as a great segue from laziness back to fitness. It’s evident that
Trillia spent time tailoring a plan for me, based upon my needs, time, and
energy/fitness level. That gives me a tremendous amount of peace of mind to
know that she is concerned not only about my goals and my ultimate success!
